Good to know before you go
Registration, attire, guests, wristbands, and transportation for the Williams Family Reunion weekend.
01What does my registration cover?
Your reunion fee helps cover meet-and-greet refreshments, the meeting room, picnic food, park rental, food preparation supplies, banquet hall rental, banquet decorations, the banquet meal, the bartender, and the DJ. T-shirts and hotel rooms are paid for separately.
02Is my registration refundable?
No. Registration fees are nonrefundable because the money is applied to rentals, meals, and reunion activities.
03Can I pay my registration fee when I arrive?
No. Payment will not be accepted upon arrival. The full reunion fee must be paid by May 1, 2027.
04When can I reserve my hotel room?
You may reserve your room now through the Williams Family Reunion hotel block. View hotel and booking details.
05May I bring a friend?
Yes. Guests are welcome, but you are responsible for paying each guest's registration fee.
06What should I wear?
Wear your Williams Family Reunion T-shirt with jeans to the family picnic. The banquet theme is Roaring '20s or Chicago Steppers, so dress accordingly for the evening.
07Why do we need wristbands?
Everyone who registers will receive a wristband. Your wristband confirms your access to lunch and the banquet.
08How will I get from the hotel to the banquet?
Transportation is not provided. You may drive yourself or coordinate a shared ride with family members.
